This pumper-tanker is built on a Chevrolet C8500 crew cab tandem axle chassis with 300HP diesel engine and an Allison automatic transmission.  The pump is a Waterous CS 1250 GPM midship mounted split shaft pump.  The pump house is an enclosed side control structure with cross-lays above the control panel with open storage and Cascade bottle storage above the cross-lays.  The body is all aluminum equipped with Gortite aluminum roll up doors with high side compartments at both sides of the apparatus.  The hose bed is equipped with an aluminum diamond plate hinged hose bed cover with vinyl flaps at the rear.  The body is equipped with a combination ladder/hard suction hose compartment at the right side with a rear door and a folding tank compartment at the left side with a rear door.  The water tank is a 2000 gallon United Plastics Fabricating tank, which is equipped with three (3) Newton manually operated dump valves with telescoping chutes.  There is one (1) dump at the rear center and one (1) at each rear side.  The apparatus is equipped with an on board cascade fill station at the right front compartment with control panel.  The apparatus is equipped with a PowerAll 6kw underhood style generator unit, which provides power to the two (2) rear mounted Akron Extenda-Lite 500-watt telescoping lights and any body or cab mounted outlets.  The warning lighting is all Whelen LED.
