This rescue unit was built on a n International 4400 chassis. The body is an all aluminum structure. The body interior is lined with Kemlite material for easier cleanup and greater illumination. The driver’s side interior has seating for seven, (7) firefighter’s in SCBA seats and has storage cabinets with Lexan sliding doors. There is a command center with a large window at the left front corner of the body with a refrigerator provision under the desk. The entire passenger side interior is equipped with aluminum gear lockers for storage of the fire departments turnout gear. The exterior compartments are built around the remaining available space from the interior body layout. The apparatus warning and taillights are all Whelen LED. At each side of the body there is a Fire Research 12-volt Optimum recessed wall mounted scene light. The apparatus is supplied with a 25kw Winco PTO generator, which supplies power to (1) Fire Research 750-watt Focus telescoping light, (2) Fire Research 750-watt telescoping tripod lights, (1) Hannay cable reel with Akron junction box and numerous interior and exterior outlets. The apparatus is finished with Realwheels stainless steel wheel simulators and aluminum diamond plate cab step covers.
