This rescue is built on an International DuraStar chassis with 270HP Maxxforce 9 diesel engine and automatic transmission.  The 24’ all aluminum walk-in rescue body is equipped with nine (9) exterior body compartments with flush mounted swing open doors.  The exterior compartments are equipped with numerous adjustable shelves, slide out trays and slide out tool boards to accommodate the fire departments storage needs.  There is a MAKO SCBA fill station installed in the right front exterior compartment with on-board cascade system for filling air bottles.  The interior of the body is equipped with eight (8) HO Bostrom Tanker 450 ABTS SCBA seats with SCBA brackets for personnel seating.  Also at the body interior is numerous storage cabinets along with two (2) work stations/command desk areas with dry erase boards and a mobile command desk.  The unit is equipped with an Onan 15kw PTO generator to supply all 120/240-volt receptacles and scene lighting.  The scene lighting consists of two (2) Fire Research 1000-watt FOCUS recessed lights and two (2) Fire Research 1000 watt FOCUS tripod lights with mounts.  The warning light package is all Whelen LED including taillight clusters.
