This pumper is built on an HME 1871 four door chassis with a 12” raised roof equipped with a Cummins 400hp engine and an Allison 3000EVS transmission.  The fire pump is a Waterous CSU 1500GPM single stage mid-ship pump equipped with a Waterous Advantus 6 foam injection system.  The pump controls and gauges are located at the top mount operator’s panel.  The water tank is a United Plastics Fabricating 900-gallon water/30-gallon foam tank.  The all aluminum body is a rescue style body with Gortite aluminum roll up doors.  The compartments are equipped with numerous adjustable trays, slide out trays and slide out tool boards, two (2) Hannay electric cable reels are also installed in the apparatus body.  A Ziamatic HLAS horizontal ladder rack is installed at the passenger side of the unit to carry the required ladders and pike poles, hard suction hose is stored in the main hose bed of the apparatus.  The warning light system is an all Whelen Super LED system which also includes Whelen Pioneer 12-volt brow lights and recessed side scene lights.  A Harrison 10kw hydraulic generator unit is also installed on the apparatus to supply 120/240-volt A/C power to the numerous receptacles and scene lights on the apparatus.  Also installed on this apparatus is an onboard cascade system with a Space saver 300H dual bottle fill station with control panel.  The cascade bottles are stored horizontally at the top of the apparatus above the side compartments, two (2) each side.
