This Brush Unit was built on a Ford F350 Super Duty chassis with diesel engine and automatic transmission.  The OEM wheels and tires were removed from the chassis and Super Single wheels and tires were installed in their place.  The body is an all aluminum structure with headache rack and overlapping swing doors.  The front compartment is a transverse compartment while the remaining side compartments are standard depth.  At the top of the side compartments at each side are storage trays for long handled tools and equipment.  The customer’s existing 175 skid unit with pump was installed at the center of the apparatus body.  The apparatus is equipped with an all Whelen Super LED warning light package with a Fire Research Focus 150-watt/12-volt telescoping scene light installed at the left rear body panel.  A stainless steel brush guard, stainless steel step tubes and Realwheels stainless steel wheel covers finish off this Brush Unit for the Jacksonport, WI Fire Department.
