This tanker for the Plover Fire Department is built on a Kenworth T-300 chassis with a Paccar PX-8 315 HP diesel engine and an automatic transmission.  The lower skirting body and compartments is constructed from all aluminum material.  The compartment doors are aluminum Gortite roll up doors with a satin anodized finish.  The water tank is a United Plastics Fabricating Poly Wet-Side tank with a 2000-gallon capacity.  The water tank is equipped with three (3) Newton manual dump valves with manual telescoping extension chutes and two (2) 2 ½” direct tank fills with CAM LOCK adapters.   A customer supplied portable pump is installed on the rear tailboard and plumbed to the tank with a tank to pump line and will be utilized for discharging purposes only.  The warning light package is a Whelen Super LED package with halogen 12-volt scene lights.
