This mini pumper for the Saxeville-Springwater, WI Fire Dept. was built on a Ford F550 chassis with Powerstroke diesel and automatic transmission.  The apparatus body was entirely constructed from aluminum and designed for maximum storage space.  At the front of the body there is transverse storage for a stokes basket, 2-long boards and 4-stabilization struts.  The remaining compartments are supplied with numerous adjustable shelves, vertical dividers and tool boards.  At the upper rear portions of the compartments there is storage for a single length of hard suction hose w/a rear access door.  At the top of the apparatus body at each side there is additional storage, left side for hose and pike poles and right side for a ladder and pike poles.  The center portion houses the Waterous CL PTO pump, (driven w/a Waterous TML transmission), 300 gal.  Water tank w/2 – 20 gallon foam cells, and a Foam Pro 2001 foam injection system.  There is a large hose bed w/two (2) dividers above the water tank, pump and plumbing.  The pump is supplied with (1) 5” gated section inlet and (3) 2-1/2”discharges.  The pump is controlled with a Fire Research pressure governor.  The apparatus is supplied with a Powerall 6kw under head generator, which supplies current to numerous outlets, 2-Focus 500 watt telescoping lights and (20 Focus 500 watt tripod lights.  The warning light package is all Code 3 with a halogen light bar, and LED flashers, and (4) halogen 12-volt scene lights.  At the front and rear of the apparatus there are two (2) receivers w/power for a 8000lb Ramsey winch. Stainless steel wheel covers and a chrome plated “Big Tex” brush/grille guard finish off this multi functional apparatus for the Saxeville-Sprint water Fire Department.
