This pumper is built on a Chevrolet C8500 chassis with a diesel engine and Allison Automatic transmission. The pump is a Waterous CS 1250GPM midship pump controlled at the top mount control panel. Discharges include five (5) 2 ½”, one (1) 1 ½”, two (2) 1 ½” crosslays and 3” deck gun equipped with an Akron Apollo monitor. The water tank is a UPF 1000 gallon tank. The body is an all aluminum dual high side body with flush mount compartment doors and a rear roll up door. The ladders and hard suction hose is stored in rear slide in compartments with flat aluminum diamond plate doors. There are storage brackets in a compartment for four (4) SCBA’s and four (4) spare bottle storage compartments in the rear wheel wells. The warning light package is all Whelen halogen lighting. The apparatus is equipped with a PowerAll 6kw underhood generator supplying 120-volt power to multiple receptacles and two (2) Akron 1000-watt telescoping lights.
