Built on a Peterbilt chassis with a Cummins 330HP engine and an Allison automatic transmission.  The pump is a Waterous 1250 GPM single stage mid-ship pump equipped with a Feecon “around the pump” foam proportioner.  There are (2) 1-1/2” cross-lays, (6) 2-1/2” discharges (2 left, 2 right, 1 rear, 1 front bumper), and a deck gun discharge equipped with a Elkhart monitor.  The 6”suction inlets have manual hand wheel operated butterfly valves and there is a 2-1/2” auxiliary inlet at the driver’s side panel.  The pump is operated by Class 1 pressure governor and monitored by a Class 1 ENFO III. All pump gauges including the water level gauge is Class 1.  The water tank is a UPF Poly-Tank IIE with a 1500 gallon capacity.  At the rear of the apparatus there are (2) tank fills (1) is a 2-1/2” valve with NST threads and the other is a 6” butterfly valve with a cam lock adapter.  There is also a Newton dump valve with a manual fold down aluminum diamond plate extension chute.  This is an all aluminum body with high side compartments at the driver’s side and low side compartments at the passenger side.  The ladders are stored in a compartment under the tank “T” section at the right side with a rear door.  The suction hoses are stored in a compartment above the low side compartments this also has a rear door.  The truck is equipped with a Power Arc warning light package and, Federal Signal master, siren, and speaker.  Two (2) Tele-Lite 12 volt telescoping lights are installed (1) each side of the pump compartment.
