Built on a Ford F-550, 4-Door, 4X4 chassis w/a .6-liter Power Stroke diesel. At the rear of the cab two (2) bucket seats were installed and a Zico Quic Index multiple bracket holder was also installed for storing four(4) SCBA’s. This truck has an all aluminum body with full depth compartments, three each side. The rear of the truck has a long compartment which houses the 300 gallon water and 5 gallon foam tanks, a Waterous high pressure portable pump, Scotty foam proportioning system, pump panel with all controls and gauges, and a storage shelf. The compartment has a POK roll-up door at the rear and a louvered aluminum diamond plate access door on top that is also equipped with gas shocks to hold it open or closed. Under the tank and pump compartment there is storage for two (2) sections of 4-1/2” suction hose, two (2) sections of 2-1/2” suction hose, two (2) pike poles, and an 8’ wall ladder at the left side. The right side has a 1000lb, 100% slide out tray for equipment storage; both these compartments have aluminum diamond plate doors with ”D” ring latches. On top of the body there is three (3) cross lay hose storage beds, two(2) are live 1-1/2”cross lay discharges and the other one is hose storage. Also at the top of the apparatus there is a folding tank storage compartment installed for a 1000 gallon folding tank. The truck is equipped with a Ramsey 12,000lb winch that is recessed in the front bumper, and there is a chrome wraparound brush guard in front. The lighting consists of a Federal Vector light bar, Federal Signal Master (rear upper), Code 3 strobes, Extenda-Lite telescoping scene lights, two (2) Weldon scene lights at the rear, and Weldon stop/tail directional, and backup lights. The truck is also equipped with federal siren and speaker.
