This pumper for Houghton, MI was built on a HME P2e MFD 4-door custom chassis powered by a Cummins ISC 330 diesel engine and an Allison automatic transmission. The water pump is a Waterous CSUC10C 1500 GPM midship pump controlled from the top mount operator’s panel. A FoamPro 2002 foam injection system is also plumbed off of the pump supplying foam to the customer specified discharges. The water tank has a capacity of 1000 gallons of water and 40 gallons of foam concentrate. The apparatus body is an all aluminum structure equipped with flush mounted double pan doors. The apparatus body has tall compartments at the left side and low compartments at the right side with ladder and suction hose storage above. The rear step compartment houses an aluminum Hannay booster hose reel with 200’ of 1” rubber booster hose with nozzle. At the rear wheel wells there is storage for three (3) SCBA bottles in a vertical stack each side. The apparatus is equipped with all Whelen LED warning and tail light clusters. Realwheels stainless steel wheel covers were installed to finish off the apparatus.
