This pumper was built on a Freightliner M2-106 cab and chassis with a Cummins ISC330 diesel engine and Allison automatic transmission. The apparatus is equipped with a Waterous CS 1000GPM midship pump controlled with a side control pump operator’s panel. The water tank is a United Plastics Fabricating 1500-gallon “T” tank equipped with one (1) Newton 10” manual dump valve at the rear center of the apparatus body. The apparatus body is an all aluminum structure with high side compartments at the left side and low side compartments at the right side. The compartments are equipped with Gortite aluminum roll up doors. The ladders and pike poles are stored in a rear slide in compartment at the right rear of the apparatus body equipped with an aluminum diamond plate hinged door. At the right side of the apparatus body is a manual folding tank bin painted to match the apparatus body color. Hard suction hoses are stored in trays above the left side compartments. The warning lights consist of all halogen lighting with a Code 3 Excalibur light bar, Whelen low-level flashers, upper rear beacons and scene lights.
