Custom Pumper
This pumper was built on a HME 1871 P2 chassis with a Cummins 330 HP engine and Allison 3000 EVS transmission. The cab has seating for six (6)
with five (5) being SCBA seats. The apparatus body is entirely constructed from aluminum and
features high side compartments, with Gortite rollup doors, both sides. At the right side of the
apparatus body there is a Ziamatic overhead hydraulic ladder rack, for storage of the
departments’ ground ladders. The apparatus is equipped with a Waterous 1500 GPM midship pump,
which is controlled at the top mount pump operator’s panel. The pump is plumbed to numerous
discharges on the apparatus; (1) front bumper 1-1/2” trash line, (2) 1-1/2” speed lays (foam
supplied), (2) 1-1/2” cross lays, 2-1/2” discharges each side and at the rear of the apparatus
along with deck gun plumbing. The unit also has a Foam Pro 1600 direct injection foam system
installed for supplying foam to both speed lay discharges. The apparatus is equipped with a
Harrison 8kw hydraulic generator. The generator operates (2) 500 watt telescoping scene lights,
(1) Hannay electric rewind cord reel with Akron 4-position lighted junction box and multiple
outlets on the apparatus body, both interior and exterior. Emergency lighting consists of a
Federal Street Hawk light bar and Code 3 halogen flashers. The unit is also supplied with a
Federal Q-siren and Grover air horns for audible warning. The apparatus is finished off with
Realwheels stainless steel wheel covers for this great looking and multi-functional apparatus.
