This all aluminum pumper-tanker was built on a Freightliner FL80 chassis with a 350 H.P. Cummins diesel and an Allison automatic transmission.  The apparatus is equipped with a Waterous 1250gpm pump and a UPF 2500-gallon water tank.  There are (2) 1-1/2” speed-lays, (4) 2-1/2” discharges, (2 left, 1-right, 1-rear panel), (1) LDH discharge at the right side and a 3” deck gun discharge.  The main pump inlets have manually operated butterfly valves behind the panel controlled at the operator’s panel along with the 2-1/2” auxiliary intake.  The tank has (2) direct fills located at the rear panel, one (1) is a 2-1/2” Akron ball valve and the other is a 3” Akron ball valve with a 4” Storz adapter.  Also at the rear of the apparatus there are (3) manually operated Newton dump valves with telescoping extension chutes.  The apparatus has suction hose storage under the tank “T” section at the left side and ladder storage under the right “T” section with diamond plate rear doors.  The Zico electric operated portable tank system at the right side is sized for a 3000-gallon portable tank.  There are eight (8) SCBA bottle storage compartments in the rear tandem wheel wells.  A heat pan is also constructed under the pump house with slide out inspection doors.  The lighting system consists of Weldon 7” taillights, LED clearance lights, step lights, underbody lights, (5) Weldon 26? scene lights, and (2) Unity 6” deck lights.  The emergency lighting is all Code 3 lights w/a XL5000 light bar, oscillators in front grille, 41BZ halogen flashers, and (2) 550 upper rear rotators.  A Federal PA300 siren and Dynamax speaker were used for audible warning.  Stainless steel lug nut covers and axle covers finish off the apparatus.
