This pumper for the West Iron County, MI Fire Department was built on an International 4400 Series 2-door chassis.  The pump is a Waterous CS1000 GPM pump equipped with a Waterous/Pneumax 140CFM CAF System and FoamPro 2002 proportioner.  The truck is also equipped with a FoamPro Power Fill System. Besides the standard cross lays and 2-1/2” discharges the apparatus is equipped with a Hannay booster hose reel and a front bumper 1-1/2” trash line.  The water tank is a 1000 gallon Pro Poly tank with 30 gallon foam cell.  The apparatus body is an all aluminum structure with dual high side compartments equipped with Gortite rollup doors.  The ladders are stored in a rear slide in compartment at the right side of the apparatus body.  The suction hoses are stored at the left side of the hose bed.  The scene lighting is consisted of all 12-volt lights.  There are six (6) Weldon 26º scene lights, 2-Unity 6” deck lights, and 2 Akron Daymaker pushup lights at each side of the pump house.  The warning lights consist of Code3 halogen rotators at the upper level and Code3 45BZ LED flashers at the low level.  Realwheels stainless steel wheel simulators were also installed to finish off this great looking, highly functional apparatus.
