We have highly trained employees that utilize high tech fabrication equipment, design on CAD and other 3D modeling workstations in a networked environment, and take pride and care in assembling our quality products.

Custom Fab and Body began in April of 1994. The company proudly manufactures bodies for fire and rescue emergency vehicles, service bodies, utility bodies, and custom products for the utility service industries.
Located at 158 U.S. Hwy 45, Marion WI, the company has expanded by capitalizing on the employee’s abilities to design and manufacture highly customized products. Products that meet the demand of the customers needs and exceed expectations at a respectable price.

Custom Fab and Body began as a small, hardworking fabrication shop with a simple mission: build quality products with precision, integrity, and a commitment to the people who rely on them. What started with a handful of tools and a passion for craftsmanship steadily grew into a respected manufacturer known for dependable commercial and emergency apparatus.
From the beginning, the company focused on thoughtful investment—adding capabilities, expanding facilities, and strengthening its team only when it meant delivering better, safer, and more reliable equipment. As demand increased, so did the expertise behind the work. Experienced fabricators, apparatus builders, and longtime firefighters joined the team, bringing real‐world operational insight and a deep understanding of NFPA‐aligned design.
Over time, Custom Fab and Body evolved from a modest fabrication operation into a full‐scale apparatus manufacturer. The company’s growth has always been driven by the same core principles: listen to the customer, engineer with purpose, and build equipment that performs when it matters most.
Today, Custom Fab and Body continues to expand its capabilities and refine its craft—still rooted in the values that shaped its earliest days, and still committed to building apparatus that departments can trust for years to come.

Custom Fab and Body is a custom build manufacturer. We really do not have any one standard unit. Our products are as unique as our customers. All of our products are designed and built to meet our customers specific needs. We will always build you a high quality custom product that will fit your budget.
We will not cut corners in quality, design, or material in effort to lower costs. I believe this practice is only another way to shorten a products’ life span. This company draws from the employee's years of experience, personal training, and their talent and ingenuity to allow for a superior product at a very competitive price.
It is sometimes difficult to find a company that will take the time to listen to the customers, integrate their design requirements, and understand their financial needs. We are that company.
